Media Invite: King Crab Buffet @ Momiji Japanese Buffet

Woohoo! Seafood lovers please fall in! Momiji's King Crab Buffet is back again after successfully launched for 2 years. I was blessed to be invited to the media tasting to enjoy this extensive delicious spread.

At the cold seafood counter, there is a variety of sashimi, scallops, mussels, prawns and the star of the buffet - King Crab legs and Snow Crab legs. 

This is like a Japanese food lover's paradise as there is also a sushi counter with a wide array of sushi, maki, soba and Japanese appetizers available. But that is not all!! There are also other counters serving Japanese dishes such as Yakitori, Shabu Shabu, Teppanyaki, Tempura...etc
Besides that, there are desserts, fruits and beverage counters with beverages imported from Japan.
If you are still not impressed with the spread, there is also a waffle counter where you can make your own waffle and pair it with Haagen Dazs ice creams. 
There is something for everyone. For peeps who like to have some beer, there is a free flow of Sapporo beer (6.30 to 7.30pm daily and 12.30 to 1.30pm for weekends brunch buffet).
If you ask me, I would say this is really value for money, especially for people who prefer happy hours while enjoying a variety of Japanese food. The wide spread should keep everyone happy if you ask me! I would highly recommend it for gatherings, family dinner or even just catching up over some food.
Besides the King Crab legs, this is one of my favourite, Mentai Scallops. Do not miss this if you are there. We had several rounds of this and it is so good to go with the Sapporo beer. yum yum.
So do not miss this King Crab Buffet as it is only available from now till end of May (during dinner and brunch only, subject to availability so it might end earlier!).
